We usually ship via Canada Post or UPS, so shipping charges will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your package. During check out, you can choose your preferred carrier and the shipping costs will be individually calculated.
All shipments are trackable. Should you wish to have your order sent by another method, please advise us via email (service@myBrilliantStar.com) and we’ll do our best to assist you. We will provide a shipping quote. In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excepting Holidays) from receipt of order. Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient.
International shipping to the United States will take approximately 7-10 business days.
Bigger amounts and the stars sized 130cm will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. The shipping will take approximately 10-15 business days.
For international and direct shipping from the manufacturer, any costs which may arise for customs and taxes are not included.
You will be notified of any out of stock items on your order. We apologize for this inconvenience and naturally, you can choose to wait for their arrival or cancel your pending order. We don't charge a handling fee.
