The Vancouver Christmas is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

For many Vancouver residents and visitors to the city, the detour to this atmospheric market is now part of an annual ritual. The MyBrilliantStar team congratulates wholeheartedly. Keep up the good work and we are looking forward to many more years together.

For 10 years now, the market offers an atmospheric pre-Christmas period, where you and your family and friends meet for a glass or two of mulled wine and listen to music, fairy tales and poems on stage. 10 years, in which visitors find the extraordinary gift for an extraordinary person.

It has been an insider's tip at first but has quickly become a yearly winter attraction that has become indispensable in Vancouver. Only a few lovingly decorated huts formed the Christmas Market in the first years on the soon to be too small Queen Elisabeth Plaza. The market has grown to now about 80 huts and 3 years ago the market found a new home at Jack Pool Plaza right in the middle of downtown.

The substantive concept of the Vancouver Christmas Market has been in existence from day one until today. A large number of vendors have been loyal to the market for many years. As one of them with our "Herrnhuter Sterne" booth and the partner booth "TROIKA Germany" we are always looking forward to coming back to the Vancouver Christmas Market Family. Join us from NOV 20 – DEC 24, 2019. Open daily from 11:30am to 9:30pm, Dec 24, 2019 – open 11:30am to 6pm.

There is something unusual, beautiful and home-made, just everything that cannot be found everywhere: extraordinary handcrafts, exquisite design and useful, designed with love, and often even made in Germany, live jazz, mulled wine and culinary delights: Immerse yourself in the cozy atmosphere of the Vancouver Christmas Market and maybe even find your very special Christmas present there.

It should not go unnoticed during the stroll that the scent of fresh waffles, strong goulash soup, aromatic mulled wine, and many more lies in the air. At several stations, visitors can fortify themselves with these and other delicacies. All this can be enjoyed either in the open air, in the Alpine Lodge tent or even in our favourite place the “WunderBAR”. Do not miss out on treating yourself to a nice time with your loved ones in the “WunderBAR”. The “WunderBAR” includes reserved seating, a Christmas beverage of your choice (either alcoholic or non-alcoholic) served in a souvenir Christmas Market mug, some gourmet German snacks and unlimited Fast Entry and Season Pass to the market (not “adults only”).

The Vancouver Christmas Market with the traditional wooden booths unfolds special magic as night falls when countless Herrnhut Stars and lights make a picturesque scene with the sea and mountains on the horizon. It is truly a wonderful place to tune in a reflective atmosphere on the upcoming Christmas.

We wish you a lot of fun and a Merry Christmas when you visit the Vancouver Christmas Market.
