At MyBrilliantStar, we understand the importance of getting your purchases to you in a timely and reliable manner. We have partnered with reputable third-party carriers to ensure your products are delivered to you in a timely and cost-effective manner.
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next 1-2 business days. Please note that our processing time may be longer during busy periods such as sales or holidays.
We are located in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and ship within Canada and to the USA. Once your order is processed, shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
Depending on the location and package size, additional shipping options may be offered and calculated during the checkout process. Should you wish to have your order sent by another method, please advise us via email (service@mybrilliantstar.com) and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Important: We reserve the right to charge extra for shipping to remote areas. In this case, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the order and make any additional charges applicable. The customer will then have the option of cancelling the order and receiving a full refund of the amount already paid
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you promptly and provide an estimated delivery date. MyBrilliantStar is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other events outside of our control.
However, if your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please note that items that are small enough to fit inside an envelope and are valued at less than 12.00 CAD can be sent via letter mail without a tracking option.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Troika Canada is not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen packages, or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Customers may choose to pick up their orders at our office location in Vancouver, BC.
Pick-up is only available by appointment on Monday - Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

You will be notified of any “out of stock” items on your order. We apologize for this inconvenience and naturally, you can choose to wait for their arrival or cancel your pending order. We don't charge a handling fee.
